8 Steps to Become an Easy to Manage Employee

8 Steps to Become an Easy to Manage Employee You can receive no higher praise in a performance review than being called “easy to manage.”  But what does it mean to be an easy to manage employee? Part of it is just being a decent human being and treating everyone with kindness and dignity. But what specific steps can you take to be an employee that is easy to manage? Here are eight quick tips to help you get that assessment on your next review. How to Become an Easy to Manage employee! 1.) Be scrupulously honest Never give a boss any reason to suspect anything you say or do is the least bit dishonest or unethical. Always tell everything you know about a situation, never holding back details or lying by omission. 2.) Fly above the fray If you aren’t above petty disagreements and gossip, you should be. Don’t give the time of day to anyone who wants to gossip or constantly complain about work. You can turn gossip around with a “positive office gossip” strategy. In fact, all of the tips in my article “Winning at Office Politics” will make you easier to manage. 3.) Stop complaining Sure, you’re overworked. Sure, you don’t have enough resources. Everyone who is any good at their job is overworked. Nobody has all the resources they need. Don’t waste your bosses’ time with general complaints unless you have a specific solution and you’re willing to work even harder to solve the problem. 4.) Be meek This isn’t a word you hear outside of the bible these days, but this long-overlooked quality will help you be a better person and a better employee. It means that you don’t insist on your own rights to the exclusion of all else. You can’t be a doormat, but you can be reasonable. If a coworker gets a nicer computer, don’t complain about your computer. If a co-worker’s values or life choices make you uncomfortable, don’t make an issue of them unless they are creating a hostile work environment. (For example, a co-worker that displays mottos or imagery that you dislike in her cube, or uses language that you find upsetting, or talks about political views or activities that conflict with your values.)  Don’t be the person that always takes offense. There is no special talent in taking offense. Please note: Let me be perfectly clear. I am NOT suggesting that you tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment, ever, no matter how minor. Nip that crap in the bud. That IS what your boss gets paid for. .ai-rotate {position: relative;} .ai-rotate-hidden {visibility: hidden;} .ai-rotate-hidden-2 {position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;} .ai-list-data, .ai-ip-data, .ai-fallback, .ai-list-block {visibility: hidden; position: absolute; width: 50%; height: 1px; z-index: -9999;} 5.) Take ownership Taking ownership of problems and opportunities means bringing the solution when you bring the problem. Part of taking ownership is just being aware of what’s going on in your division. What’s falling behind? Where are there problems? What within your job responsibilities can you do to fix the problem? Think of specific ways you can offer to help when problems arise, and actively pursue solutions. 6.) Offer to help If your boss or coworkers are overwhelmed with work, find out how you can help. Taking over some of that work can help your boss a lot, and it can help your career. Then you’ll have a bigger stake in the work. And you’re a lot less likely to be laid off if the boss can always count on you to pick up the slack. Anticipate your bosss needs and be ready before he or she asks for help. 7.) Sweat the small stuff This is my weakest area. I am intensely focused on the details of my work and I have no patience for the trivia of recording time, filing expenses, and other ancillary details. But my boss is paid to take care of more important things than my timesheet. Spend a little time each day taking care of the little things that your boss reminds you about regularly. Make it a goal to take care of the small stuff so your boss doesn’t have to. 8.) Work hard This one is kind of obvious, I suppose. You don’t have to work 50, 60, or 70 hours a week to be “easy to manage.” In fact, overwork can make you a liability instead of an asset. But be flexible with your schedule when you can. If your boss is always cutitng you slack on doctor’s appointments and kids’ concerts, don’t Fred Flinstone him or her when you’re needed most. Don’t start packing up at 4:50 if everyone is frantically trying to hit a deadline. And even if you never work late, make sure that the 40 hours you put in are a productive 40 hours. .ai-rotate {position: relative;} .ai-rotate-hidden {visibility: hidden;} .ai-rotate-hidden-2 {position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;} .ai-list-data, .ai-ip-data, .ai-fallback, .ai-list-block {visibility: hidden; position: absolute; width: 50%; height: 1px; z-index: -9999;} Share Your Opinions! I’m sure I’ve missed some great ideas here. I’m really interested in what you have to say. Managers, what makes an employee “easy to manage?” Worker bees, what have you done to make yourself easier to manage? Let me know in the comments.

An independent marketing specialist is basically a publicist who isn't utilized full-time by a promotion office or in-house division. The independent author will be solicited to help on any number from ventures for either an hourly rate, a day rate, or a for every undertaking premise. In addition to the fact that you write duplicate for an assortment of materials, however youre likewise your own charging office and showcasing group to get new customers. You work for yourself and you do get the opportunity to set your own hours. Nonetheless, youll locate your just getting started hours will change when a customer calls at 5 p.m. on a Friday in a frenzy, requiring a total standard mail bundle by Monday morning. Pay Range Full-time independent marketing specialists can make anyplace from the low teenagers to six figures. Pay rates fluctuate dependent on the specialists experience, own rates, customers and even diligence to search out new customers when simply beginning. In the event that you have explicit preparing in visual computerization, it can help you yet most publicizing offices and customers are explicitly searching for independent marketing specialists and don't anticipate that you should be a visual planner. Another confusion is that independent publicists are associated with inventive choices. Most dont normally get the opportunity to enable the imaginative division to think of thoughts for the customer. For the most part, they are just allowed in on the undertaking after the large innovative choices have just been made. Beginning Numerous specialists keep their present place of employment until they get several customary independent customers. Traits of Top Female Leaders Speaking Up, Having Confidence, and Not Being Afraid of Getting Fired

Traits of Top Female Leaders Speaking Up, Having Confidence, and Not Being Afraid of Getting Fired Traits of Top Female Leaders: Speaking Up, Having Confidence, and Not Being Afraid of Getting Fired Canadas daily newspaper, The Globe and Mail, has an interview with Joanna Barsh, the author of How Remarkable Women Lead. The article is full of insights for both women and men who aspire to be better leaders. My top takeaway from the article is the passage below, where Barsh talks about the most common obstacle top women had to overcome in their career. What was the most common obstacle they had to overcome? More than 60 per cent of the women said they didnt naturally have the confidence to speak up for themselves early in their career, and they had to gain that confidence to succeed. Recurring themes were that, starting out, they held back because they didnt feel they had anything important to say, or they believed that, since they were in a junior position, it was not their place to insist that their viewpoint be heard. But most told of a breakthrough moment in which either something they should have said but didnt led to a failure, or they were given the floor by a senior person and made a contribution that led to a success. From then on, they made a conscious decision to make their voice heard and to insist that others they lead speak up as well. For example, Shelly Lazarus [former chief executive officer of ad firm Ogilvy Mather and now chairwoman of Ogilvy Mather Worldwide], said she had that insight early in her career. Another woman she worked with asked her to cover for her while she snuck out of the office to see her childs school play. She told the woman to come right out and tell her manager she was taking off. At that point, she realized that, if you have to be afraid for who you are, you will be afraid all your life. From then on, she said, her motto has been: Just stand up, do what you need to do and smile about it. Look them in the eye and say, If you dont like it, fire me, and Ill find another job, because Im talented enough and Im committed enough.

The joblessness rate is only 3.7%, starting at July 2019. Furthermore, its even lower (only 2.1%) for people with an advanced education. In any case, nobody is ensured a great job, even in a vocation searchers market. There are a ton of subtleties you have to take care of while youre searching for work. Your resume is one of the most significant parts of your request for employment bundle. In this way, you need to be certain its on point.Keep at the top of the priority list that employing directors dont spend extremely long taking a gander at resumes. Along these lines, any blunder could be sufficient to send your application to the certainly not heap. A CareerBuilder study, gave an account of by The Muse, found that 38% of managers go through not exactly a moment assessing a resume. What's more, 18% state they go through under 30 seconds on each report. Establishing a decent connection in such a short measure of time isnt simple. Yet, its unquestionably possible.Avoid these resume mistakes:1. Making typos. Most employing directors dismiss candidates whose resumes have errors, linguistic blunders, or related resume botches. For what reason would they say they are so difficult on up-and-comers, given that youre just human, after all?Their thinking goes this way: on the off chance that you arent going to go to such significant subtleties during the recruiting procedure, what will you do once youre employed? At long last, its not about the slip-up itself. Its about what the grammatical mistake uncovers about your tender loving care or need thereof.Always twofold , triple-and fourfold check your resume to be sure beyond a shadow of a doubt its liberated from blunders before sending it out.2. Going it alone. And on that note, in the event that you dont have a believed companion investigating your applications before you send them out, its opportunity to arrange somebody. Another arrangement of eyes can be a truly significant thing with regards to editing your resume. As the first creator of the report, youre off guard. You presumably dont realize each and every language structure rule. In this way, its consistently a smart thought to have another person investigate your resume before you finish it.However, its essential to pick the opportune individual to survey your resume. Your extraordinary auntie who cherishes you without a doubt and feels that all that you do is superb may be a decent individual to go to for certain things however perhaps not this. A companion whos additionally an employing chief, enrollment specialist as well as language wiz is presumably your best bet.Be sure to tell them that you earnestly value any input ahead of time. This will probably assist them with feeling increasingly good sharing their evaluates, which will permit you to boost this piece of the modification process.3. Utilizing languid formatting. Its simple to botch the designing on your resume. For a certain something, many word preparing programs appear to have their very own psyche, indenting and adjusting segments voluntarily. For something else, similarly as its barely noticeable a grammatical mistake, its regular to ignore an arranging irregularity. On the off chance that you intense one occupation title, you should strong them all, for instance. Same utilizing italics or all caps. Its absolutely reasonable to get disappointed when attempting to arrange your resume to flawlessness. The significant thing isn't to surre nder. An inadequately organized resume, or even only a resume with a solitary designing slip-up, could make an imminent business preclude you. This sort of blunder can be deciphered a similar way a grammatical mistake may as a sign that you dont have great tender loving care, surrender too effectively, or cut corners with your work.A perfectly cleaned and organized resume says something regarding your hard working attitude, propensities and your capacities. Be certain yours is sending the privilege message.4. Sending a similar adaptation to each job.Your resume ought to be uniquely customized for the business and the position. Dont fall into the propensity for sending a similar rendition to each activity, regardless of whether the activity titles are similar.Whenever you attempt to build up a conventional resume to send to all activity advertisements, you quite often end up with something businesses will hurl in the reuse canister, composed Peter Vogt in his piece on continue botche s for Monster. Your absence of exertion shouts, Im not especially intrigued by your organization. In all honesty, any ol employment will do.Instead, overhaul your resume for the particular occupation. Make certain to cut any old, obsolete or superfluous data. You dont need to list each position you at any point had, recently the ones that are generally identified with the activity youre after. Youll need to attempt to convey two straightforward things through your custom resume: that youre keen on that activity and friends, and that you are extraordinarily able to fill the position.5. Utilizing awful keywords. Most managers use candidate following frameworks to store and sort resumes. For what reason is that significant? In such a case that you dont utilize the correct catchphrases in your resume and introductory letter, your application could get trapped in the channel and never make to a genuine, live recruiting directors inbox.Which watchwords are the correct watchwords? First off , take a gander at the expected set of responsibilities in the posting. Coax out words that depict the activity obligations and necessities. At that point, take a gander at other, related occupation postings on different locales manager work postings and employment sheets. Incorporate related terms that may help get an employing supervisors attention. Additionally, make certain to incorporate catchphrases that address your exhibition and your accomplishments. Dont simply expound on the obligations youve acted in past employments. Rather, select catchphrases that address your accomplishments.Just utilize your caution. While excluding the correct watchwords could preclude you, abusing significant catchphrases isnt incredible either. You need to remember the terms for a characteristic way that doesnt feel forced.6. Applying too quickly. In this day and age, theres a great deal to be said for reacting to an occupation posting rapidly. On the off chance that you can present your resume an d application inside a day or two of it being recorded, it could give you the advantage. Be that as it may, all things considered, sending in your resume inside possibly 14 days of the posting is typically fine and dandy. (In the event that its been over a month or two since the activity was recorded, it could as of now be too late.)However, dont let the sentiment of being in a hurry overpower you. It requires some investment to get your work done on an organization and an occupation posting, tailor your resume for that posting and amend your materials. On the off chance that you endeavor to work too rapidly, you may commit a basic error. Thus, dont surge. While timing is significant, it wont support you if your application is deficient or unpersuasive.7. Exhausting the recruiting supervisor. It very well may be anything but difficult to dismiss the master plan with regards to composing your resume. Be that as it may, the objective of this record is to get the recruiting directors c onsideration. Its an attempt to sell something. On the off chance that it isnt intriguing, you wont cause the sale.Dont to dismiss your crowd in your push to be proficient. Let your energy and voice radiate through. That frequently implies being happy to relinquish the automated, dull language of numerous resumes and grasp making a genuine association with the recruiting administrator through your words.Forbes donor Liz Ryan instituted the term Human-Voiced Resume to portray this increasingly bona fide method of composing your CV. She explained:Whats a Human-Voiced Resume? Its a resume on a couple of pages that seems like a customary resume, just with a human voice. Rather than toss uppy zombie language like Results-situated proficient with a main concern direction youll expound on yourself in the principal individual, the way people do:I functioned as a school administrator for a long time before moving into corporate libraries to support CEOs and their groups get knowledge they ne ed. As a Research Director I uncover business information, patterns and investigation from all sourcesand arrange them into effectively absorbable reports that empower quick choice making. The rest of your Human-Voiced Resume will peruse a similar basic, human way the way Im conversing with you right now. Finally, likewise with everything in work and life, on the off chance that you have a ton of fun others will, as well. On the off chance that you approach your resume survey process as though its exhausting drudgery, that will likely be reflected in your last item. Rather, attempt to discover some happiness all the while. Gina Belli- - This story initially showed up on PayScale.

Use Another Word For Team Player On Resume

Use Another Word For Team Player On ResumeWhen filling out a resume for a job that you want, consider using another word for a team player on resume. The idea is to highlight the accomplishments of your career. However, for each accomplishment that you can list, make sure that it has a reason why you were selected for that work. Each accomplishment will highlight a member of the team that you were. You may wonder how this works. The explanation is not complex. After you have listed all of the accomplishments that you have had, use another word for a team player on resume to highlight each accomplishment. If you are not sure about what word to use, ask. There are many opportunities that you will find to ask about the word or to get a better idea of what you should use. Here is an important point that you should note. The accomplishment that you want to emphasize should have a title that has a link back to a member of the team. For example, if you are looking for someone who can do a roo m service at your child's birthday party, you would write that word on the first page of the resume so that it comes right back to you when you look over the resume. The reason for this is that you want to include the team name in the title and also have a reason for hiring that person to do that particular task. This makes the individual look like they were part of the team. That way, you will have a very complete list of accomplishments when you complete the resume.A resume is not the time to gloss over some of the other aspects of your career. After all, you may have some fun days when you worked hard and achieved great things. You may have good and bad days as well. However, when you put together an impressive resume, you want to remember the things that made you great, not the days when you didn't perform well. That may be a better approach. You may be asking yourself, 'What other words for team player on resume should I use?' The answer is almost unlimited. You could use a perso nal anecdote to show how you stepped up when the rest of the team was not. The key is to think outside of the box.You will want to keep this in mind if you are about to have a job interview. When you are preparing for a job interview, you need to show that you were part of the team. You need to keep your accomplishments in the past and your future accomplishments can come from other parts of your life. You want to show that you were part of the team and that you have the experience to take on a job interview. A resume is not the time to sit back and bask in the knowledge that you were part of the team and performed well.

Truly, the activity is upsetting and the work can be requesting, however nothing beats the sentiment of having the option to fabricate something from the beginning. pHow numerous experts in different enterprises can point at a school, an emergency clinic, or a high rise and state I helped construct that? pThe development industry has far to go in fighting sexual orientation predisposition and supporting ladies in the workforce, yet given the present interest for laborers, theres no better time to get a heavy hammer (allegorical or exacting) and crush the sex generalizations tormenting the development business.

Alexandra Levits Water Cooler Wisdom Does Flexwork Decrease Productivity

Alexandra Levit's Water Cooler Wisdom Does Flexwork Decrease Productivity In the interest of productivity, some organizations have a predetermined scheduling policy, requiring that tasks be completed in a particular order. For example, we’ve talked about citizen development a lot on the Fast Track, and low code application development may indeed be one of those situations where a specific, sequential process has been implemented. But in today’s work environment, professionals increasingly have more freedom over their time. Pursuing the noble goal of loosening their reins, employers are allowing their people to follow a prescribed schedule or choose to deviate, completing tasks in a different order at their own discretion. Thanks to technology advances and the rise of virtual work, it’s easier than ever for employers to grant this sort of independence, and there’s no doubt that workers value it. But a new study from Harvard Business School found that, unfortunately, deviating from an organization’s prescribed task schedule tends to erode productivity â€" even among the most experienced workers. In an article soon to be published in the Management Science Journal, researchers Ibanez, Clark,Huckmanand Staats detailed their study, which asked about the drivers leading workers to deviate from employer’s task scheduling policy, and about the performance implications of doing so. Using data from 2.4 million diagnoses derived from a large outsourced radiological services firm that staffed doctors whose jobs involved sequentially reading and diagnosing X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, the researchers found that doctors prioritize similar tasks and those tasks they expect to complete faster. But do these strategies impact their productivity? For more on this fascinating issue, check out the QuickBase Fast Track blog.

On the Job by Anita Bruzzese Why Everyone Needs to Become a Digital Master

On the Job by Anita Bruzzese Why Everyone Needs to Become a Digital Master When hearing the term digital masters, many business people think of Silicon Valley and the whiz kids running dominant IT companies like Google. But a new book contends that its time other companies woke up to the reality that if they want to excel in the future with their employees, with their customers and in running their operations then they need to also embrace the idea ofusing technology to transform their business. They, too, must become digital masters. In a study of more than 400 large mainstream organizations in every industry around the world, authors of Leading Digital, found that digital masters are those companies that use digital technologies to drive greater profits, productivity and performance. Specifically, research shows that those who do digital transformation well are on average 26% more profitable than industry peers. George Westerman, a research scientist in the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy and one of the books authors, says the research also found that companies lagging behind in making a digital transformation were often worried about the cost, the lack of skills or regulatory concerns. But the book debunks those worries, noting that making a digital transformation isnt just about pouring money into IT and trying to woo talent away from Silicon Valley. Westerman explains, for example, that its also critical that a company have the leadership willing todrive that transformation throughout the culture. In addition, the employee talent for digital transformation doesnt just come from tech backgrounds, he says. You dont have to make yourself into Google, he says. Even if youre making soap, there are things you can put into place that will give you an edge. If you dont, Westerman warns, be prepared to be less productive, profitable and left behind as your competitors make the transformation. Authors Westerman, Didier Bonnet and Andrew McAfee found that digital masters are those who use analytics, social media, mobile and embedded devices to understand customers better. These companies also implement technology tolink customer-facing and(see more here)

We Judge with Our Eyes - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career

We Judge with Our Eyes - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career I am on vacation and not even on American soil. It is a vastly different milieu in almost every respect. I find myself continuously comparing, contrasting, judging, and labeling people. Of course, this continuous chatter is only in my head. I don’t share it with anyone, God forbid. But isn’t that what we do in all instances when we see people? It’s even more critical when you go in for an interview. As a career coach, I counsel people every dayâ€"not only on how to answer interview questions correctly and how to avoid interview traps but also on how to let your body communicate the message you want to convey. Hiring managers and human resources folks read your body language and can tell whether there’s congruence between what you say in words and what your body says in motions. Part of my coaching covers how to dress properly for an interview. I use an evaluation system to make sure you convey the right image. Men are faced with less of an issue on this subject than women are. It doesn’t cause me pleasure to tell clients to upgrade their clothing to fit the 21st century. Or to replace their large-sized eyeglass frame with something more contemporary. Or to rethink their outdated hairstyle. Or even simply to get a haircut. An interviewee’s shoes need to be polished, and socks better match. But all of that is only part of the image a job candidate leaves behind and which will heavily influence the impression made on others. The words the interviewee uses are important too, but even that is not all. The overall imageâ€"the total impressionâ€"is what will be remembered. My advice is that you ask a trusted source to tell you the truth about the impression you make and the image you leave behind. Family members are not the right people to ask. And don’t jeopardize a friendship by asking the wrong question and causing unease or embarrassment. It’s best to hire a career coach who is paid for giving such advice. Author: Alex Freund  is a career and interviewing coach known as the “landing expert” for publishing his 80 page list of job-search networking groups via his web site  http://www.landingexpert.com/. 5 Tips to Maintain Your Financial Health as a Freelancer CareerMetis.com

5 Tips to Maintain Your Financial Health as a Freelancer Nowadays, more and more people choose to be self-employed and take on a freelancing career. There are various reasons why people do this. Some might do it because they enjoy working from home while others prefer to be their own boss and set their own pace.Regardless of the reasons, no one can deny the fact that freelancing work provides quite a bit of flexibility and benefits that full-time employment simply lacks.evalHowever, there are also downsides of freelancing that could’ve been avoided with full-time employment at some company. The fact of the matter is that it comes down to personal preferences. People opt for freelance work because it suits them or their personal lifestyle. Any downsides can be remedied with a bit of planning and effort.Speaking of downsides, financial security is one of the main concerns of freelancers, mainly because of the uncertainty that comes with freelance work in most cases. You may have an abundance of work today but may run into a dry period the n ext month. Still, that’s not an issue of freelancing but more of an issue of personal budgeting. With that in mind, here are a few tips to help maintain your financial health if you are considering freelance work.1) Self-employment taxesOne of the key elements of proper budgeting and maintaining financial health is understanding your expenses, as well as understanding the potential negative implications or consequences of neglecting your dues. Freelancers fall under the “self-employment” category, which means you have some extra expenses to worry about aside from paying your bills and buying groceries. One of the main expenses is taxes. When employed in a company, your employer calculates the taxes and takes it out of your salary. However, once self-employed, you have to worry about those things yourself. Here are a few major differences for the self-employed:As self-employed, you work for yourself and your contract directly with your clients. As self-employed, you’re technical ly not an employee, which means you don’t receive any employee benefits or health plans. As self-employed, you’re not subject to tax withholdings, which means you’re responsible for paying your taxes.Simply put, as a freelancer, you’ll have more responsibilities towards yourself, that is if you want to maintain your financial health, to begin with. Therefore, you’ll have to file your annual tax and pay your estimated quarterly tax. Aside from that, you’ll have to pay a self-employment tax.evalDon’t forget that you’re taxed as both employer and employee, which means you pay both portions of the tax. There are also Medicare and Social Security taxes you have to worry about as well.Understanding your expenses means knowing how much money you have to pay and how much you’ll have left once your obligations towards the government are taken care of. This will further help you with your budgeting efforts so that you can maintain financial health in the future.2) Budgeting e ffortsMany people roll their eyes somewhere deep at the back of their skull whenever they hear the word “budgeting”. People know they should do it and that it’s necessary but they mostly don’t want to bother with it. Unfortunately, bad spending habits and a lack of budgeting can lead to many financial issues, which are especially dangerous if you’re a freelancer. You simply don’t want to or shouldn’t spend more money than you actually need to, and this goes for bills, credit cards, loans and any other expense that doesn’t involve personal enjoyment. As an example, late bill payments lead to excess fees. Also, minimum card payments lead to more debt and high-interest rates. In other words, you end up spending more even though you could simply avoid all of that.evalWith that in mind, consider improving your spending habits and make an effort to budget your money wisely. As an example, you should always try to maintain a good credit score. It will determine your creditwo rthiness among lenders. If not, you may end up in financial issues due to your bad credit rating. Here are a few examples of how bad credit score can impact your life negatively.Denied for credit cards and loans or extra high-interest rates for both.Being denied for apartment approval. The requirement to pay security deposits on utilities.Being denied for a cell phone contract.High insurance premiums, etc.Good financial habits allow you to avoid issues and to maintain financial health as well.3) Get paid on timeOne of the difficult aspects of freelance work is getting paid on time. As you work with clients directly, you have to negotiate how much you’ll get paid and when. As you may already know, if you don’t get paid on time or don’t get paid at all, your financial problems will start to pile up.Handling clients may be challenging, but you have to be firm with them if you want to be financially stable while maintaining a good reputation as a freelancer. That said, here are a few things you can do to ensure you actually get paid on time.Send invoices and invoice reminders to clients regularly.Always work under a contract.Charge upfront The only difference is that you develop a network of contacts that may aid you in one way or another at one point instead of promoting yourself like businesses do all the time. After all, referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations can go a long way in the freelance world. It will help you find work and earn a living that will also help you stay financially healthy.5) Save money for rainy daysOne of the most important elements of financial health is knowing how and when to save money. You don’t have to spend everything you earn straight away. In fact, whatever you have leftover after you include all of the expenses you can invest in emergency savings account for rainy days. That way, you’ll have money saved up for when you actually need it. However, that’s not the only way to save money. You can also consider investing i n your future. As an example, you should consider opening a retirement fund. You can choose one of the individual retirement accounts
